Join us on Wednesday, June 19th 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM for a Real Estate Investing Wholesale Bootcamp with Victor Maas where we will tackle topics like: how to determine if you have a deal on your hands, how to use the Bexar County Appraisal District (BCAD)  website, code violations, city liens, how to find the owners, vacant homes, wholesaling,  direct mail, and more. Every student will receive a day of in-person training with Victor, access to 10 extensive training videos, an info-packed student handbook, joint venture opportunities, and help negotiating deals. The class will be $997 per person. 1 spouse or business partner may attend free of charge (essentially 2-for-1). If you make a JV deal with Victor then you will be refunded the cost of the class. If you find yourself wanting to take the 3-day coaching after this boot camp then you may apply the cost of the boot camp as a credit to the cost of the 3-day coaching.
