Victor Maas, is an experienced investor, broker and real estate attorney. He will show you step-by-step how and where to find real estate leads, what research is needed once you find them, how to find the owners, how to negotiate and what exit strategy will yield the most profit for that specific property. Whether you’re just starting out your real estate investing career, to wanting to take your career to the next level, or you just feel like you’re not at the level of success you want to be at, Victor will be your problem solver.


Victor teaches a 3-day hands on learning experience at the Maas Law Firm from 9:00 am- 3:00 pm.


Day One: You will be in Victor's office where he will teach what nearly took a decade to learn in a matter of hours. Please bring a note pad as it will be a wealth of information.
Day Two: Victor will take you to the courthouse and show different records that you could use to your advantage to find the sellers, as well as running leads with you.
Day Three: Victor will give you leads to pursue on your own then you will return to his office and you will discuss what leads are worth pursuing.

-After completing your mentorship classes, you will have our FULL support for 6 months, as well as 1 hour a week available to you to meet with Victor weekly for FREE.

Joint Venturing with Victor Maas:

Victor's goal for his students during a joint venture is to ensure that his student saves and makes the most money possible out of the deal. Victor will front any out of pocket money needed on the deal. Victor well then take out whatever was needed to prehab the home out of the overall profit, reimburse your student fee, then the remaining profit will be split between you and him equally.
