No Slowdown in Foreclosure Postings

By George Roddy, Sr., President, Foreclosure Listing Service, Inc.

Foreclosure Auctions in August

With 822 foreclosure postings filed on Bexar County real estate for the upcoming foreclosure auction on the first Tuesday in August, there is certainly no slowdown in foreclosures; and, I do not expect that to change anytime soon.

Bexar County posting activity fluctuates naturally each month. Postings one month may spike upward and then return to a level that seems normal by today

George Roddy, Sr. is President of both Foreclosure Listing Service, Inc. and Roddy Information Services. With 35 years of experience, Mr. Roddy is known as a pioneer in the real estate research and information industry. His firms were among the first in the nation to offer online access to real estate information and intelligence, which revolutionized our ability to make informed real estate and investment decisions.

His company's products and services include pre-foreclosure lists, auction results lists, R.E.O. database, post bankruptcy alert lists and the acclaimed "How to Buy" Foreclosure Properties training seminar. On a daily basis, Mr. Roddy has his thumb on the market by personally guiding Foreclosure Listing Service's research team, which monitors foreclosure activity in 20 Texas counties, post-bankruptcy alerts in 60 counties, and R.E.O.s (real estate owned properties) across the whole State of Texas.
