Day 1 (Thur, July 15th, 6:30pm) – Classroom training
Where to find, and how to research Government Seizure auction properties. See real auction examples, know where to go to find the auctions and what the process is.
Day 2 (Sunday, July 18th, 2:00pm) – “In The Field” training
Walk through inspection of a Government Seizure property in San Antonio. We will complete a rehab walkthrough and inspection using my updated rehab forms and checklists. What to look for, and how to quickly estimate what needs to be done and how much it will cost.
Day 3 (Wednesday, July 21st, 11:00am) – “In The Field” event
Live at the Auction! We will go as a group and experience a live Government Seizure Auction. Meet the auctioneer, get all your questions answered, and experience a live auction of a property right here in San Antonio.

Here's how it works:
Cashflow 101 is an educational tool in board game format designed by Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad), which aims to teach the players concepts of investing by having their money work for them in a risk free setting (play money) while simultaneously increasing their financial literacy and stressing the imperative nature of accountability.
There are two stages to the game. In the first, "the rat race", the player aims to raise his or her character's passive income level to where it exceeds the character's expenses. The winner is determined in the second stage, "the fast track". To win, a player must get his or her character to buy their "dream" or accumulate an additional $50,000 in monthly cash flow.
In place of "score cards", there are financial statements. The game requires the players to fill out their own financial statements so that they can see more clearly what is happening with their money. It generally shows how assets generate income and demonstrates that liabilities and 'doodads' are expenses.

Come join SAREIA and learn what it's all about at 10am, on the South end of the County Courthouse.
We'll talk about the Tax foreclosure, registration, and auction process, and we'll also talk about the bank Foreclosure auction, trustee's, and who all the real players are.
300 Dolorosa (South end of the courthouse is on the Nueva St. side)
Parking is by meter, or $5-$10 in parking lots just south of the Courthouse.
First Tuesday of each month from 10am to 12 noon.
This event is open to all at no charge, and you are encouraged to attend.
