Landlord SIG
The Landlord SIG is an intimate discussion about the challenges that come with owning residential rental properties. Holding a real estate portfolio over time is truly the way to great wealth. Come to the Landlord SIG to discuss methods to better manage this portfolio so that you can stand the test of time. This is the group to be involved with if you have rental properties, want to get rental properties or just want to learn more about managing rental properties.

Pre Foreclosure SIG
The Pre-Foreclosure SIG is the place to go to discuss all the challenges and opportunities that come with Pre-Foreclosures. This SIG is dedicated to exploring ways of help people facing foreclosure before it is too late. In Texas, the owner has only three weeks from the time foreclosure is filed to their home being auctioned off at the courthouse steps. The Pre-Foreclosure SIG is the group for you if you are interested in the high adrenaline and high profit world of Pre-Foreclosure investing.

Wholesale SIG
The Wholesale SIG is dedicated to discussing the process of finding the deals and wholesaling them to other investors. This is one of our largest and most dynamic SIGS available. Most new investors start their investing career as wholesalers and find this forum is very helpful when getting their business up and running. For the new or the experienced investor, this SIG is the place in San Antonio to discuss finding those deals and turning a quick profit through a wholesale.
